Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajasthan, India. The role involves supporting daily operations of the power plant or utility functions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities may include monitoring equipment and systems, recording and analyzing operational data, assisting in routine maintenance activities, and reporting issues to supervisors for timely resolution. The candidate will help optimize processes,
contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and follow established procedures and policies. The role requires a strong focus on safety, reliability, and effective communication within the team and with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or power plant engineering, with the ability to understand utility operations and basic equipment functioning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify operational issues, and support process improvements.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities, with capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
Commitment to safety practices, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field; prior experience in the power or utilities sector is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Rajasthan, adapt to shift or rotational schedules if required, and maintain high standards of reliability and professionalism.
