Job Summary The Camp Coordinator / Camp Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing healthcare awareness and screening camps for H-Cura.
The role will focus on conducting camps at corporates, IT companies, apartments, residential communities, schools/colleges, institutions, factories, associations and other high-footfall locations to create healthcare awareness, generate quality patient leads, and drive appointments and walk-ins to H-Cura clinics.
The candidate should be highly active in field operations, relationship building, camp execution, lead generation, patient engagement, and post-camp follow-up.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Camp Planning & Lead Generation
- Identify potential locations and organizations for conducting healthcare camps.
- Approach Corporates, IT Companies, Apartments, Residential Associations, Educational Institutions, Factories and other organizations for camp opportunities.
- Build relationships with HR teams, Admin Managers, Facility Managers, Association Members and other key decision-makers.
- Generate new camp opportunities through direct visits, networking, references, calls and local market activities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming camp opportunities.
2. Camp Coordination
- Coordinate with the concerned organization to finalize the camp date, timing, venue, expected participation and required arrangements .
- Coordinate internally with H-Cura doctors, nurses, counsellors, marketing teams and other support staff.
- Ensure required camp materials, equipment, branding materials, registration forms and promotional materials are available before the camp.
- Prepare and follow a structured monthly and weekly camp calendar.
3. Camp Execution
- Reach the camp location on time and ensure complete setup before participants arrive.
- Manage patient registration and ensure accurate capture of patient details.
- Coordinate patient flow between registration, screening, doctor consultation and counselling.
- Ensure professional representation of the H-Cura brand throughout the camp.
- Handle operational issues at the camp location and ensure smooth completion of the event.
4. Patient Lead Generation & Appointment Booking
- Generate quality leads for H-Cura's key healthcare verticals, including:
- Hair & Scalp Care
- Skin & Aesthetic Care
- Dental Care
- Homeopathy
- Preventive Health & Diagnostic Services
- Identify participants who require further clinical evaluation or treatment.
- Explain the availability of relevant services at H-Cura clinics.
- Encourage interested patients to book clinic consultations and appointments.
- Ensure all leads are properly entered into the approved CRM/HMS/lead management system.
5. Post-Camp Follow-Up
- Submit complete camp data to the concerned team immediately after the camp.
- Coordinate with the Telecalling and Clinic teams for lead follow-up.
- Track Leads → Appointments → Walk-ins → Consultations → Conversions generated from each camp.
- Follow up with high-potential patients wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of camp-wise patient response and conversion performance.
6. Corporate & Community Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with HR teams, apartment associations, institutions and other camp partners.
- Develop opportunities for recurring monthly/quarterly health camps.
- Explore opportunities for corporate healthcare tie-ups and employee healthcare programs.
- Build a strong local network to continuously generate new camp locations.
7. Marketing & Branding Support
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team for camp-specific posters, standees, banners, flyers and digital promotional materials.
- Support pre-camp promotions through WhatsApp groups, apartment communities, corporate communication channels and other approved platforms.
- Capture appropriate camp photographs/videos with necessary permissions for marketing documentation.
- Ensure H-Cura branding guidelines are maintained at all camp locations.
8. Travel & Multi-Location Responsibility
- The employee must be willing and available to travel extensively across all H-Cura branches and operational locations as per business and camp requirements.
- The position requires frequent travel to Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, Guntur and other existing or upcoming H-Cura locations.
- The employee may be assigned to coordinate and execute camps in any city/location based on the Company's business requirements.
- Travel may involve same-day travel as well as overnight/outstation stays,
depending on the camp schedule.
- The employee should be adaptable to travel at short notice whenever required for camps, corporate activities, promotional events or other business development initiatives.
- Willingness to travel is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates who have restrictions on inter-city or outstation travel may not be suitable for this role .
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Number of camps conducted per month
- Number of new camp locations generated
- Number of corporate/apartment/institutional tie-ups
- Total registrations generated per camp
- Qualified leads generated
- Appointments booked
- Patient walk-ins generated to H-Cura clinics
- Lead-to-walk-in conversion percentage
- Camp-to-business conversion/revenue
- Repeat camp opportunities generated
- Accuracy and timely submission of camp reports
Candidate Requirements Education: Any Graduate / Diploma. Candidates from Healthcare, Hospital Administration, Marketing or Business Development backgrounds will be preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in Healthcare Camps, Field Marketing, Business Development, Hospital/Clinic Marketing, Corporate Tie-ups or Community Outreach preferred. Strong freshers with excellent communication and field coordination skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented and field-focused candidate who can independently identify camp opportunities, build relationships, execute healthcare camps and convert camp participants into genuine clinic appointments and walk-ins.
The candidate should understand that this position is not limited to camp coordination alone . The role carries responsibility for business development, lead generation, patient acquisition and measurable business outcomes from every camp conducted.
