Job Summary A Campus Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented students and fresh graduates from colleges and universities. They build relationships with educational institutions, organize campus recruitment drives, and ensure a smooth hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and placement cells.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and hiring events.
- Source and screen resumes of students and fresh graduates.
- Coordinate interviews, group discussions, and assessment processes.
- Communicate job opportunities and company information to candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Conduct pre-placement talks and company presentations.
- Follow up with selected candidates and manage offer acceptance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for campus hires.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or campus hiring (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
