Tele-Caller — Admissions (AI Education Startup, Bengaluru) AI Decoder Academy is an AI creativity programme for school students (Grades 6–10). We have 200+ parent enquiries waiting to be called. We need someone to call them, understand the family, and identify the right fits.

What you'll do: Call parent enquiries daily and Ask set of qualifying questions to understand the customer profile. Score and log each lead. Send WhatsApp follow-ups. Book qualified families into a call with the founder. Follow-up on sales payment and conversion too.

What we need: Fluent English + Kannada or Hindi. Comfortable on the phone with educated, urban parents. Disciplined about logging every call. 6 months to 2 years experience preferred — freshers with solid communication will be considered. What we don't need: You will not be closing sales or handling objections alone. That's our job. Your job is to find the right families and hand them over cleanly.
