Tele-Caller — Admissions (AI Education Startup, Bengaluru)

AI Decoder Academy is an AI creativity programme for school students (Grades 6–10). We have 200 parent enquiries waiting to be called. We need someone to call them, understand the family, and identify the right fits.

What you'll do: Call parent enquiries daily and Ask set of qualifying questions to understand the customer profile. Score and log each lead. Send WhatsApp follow-ups. Book qualified families into a call with the founder. Follow-up on sales payment and conversion too.

What we need: Fluent English Kannada or Hindi. Comfortable on the phone with educated, urban parents. Disciplined about logging every call. 6 months to 2 years experience preferred — freshers with solid communication will be considered.

What we don't need: You will not be closing sales or handling objections alone. That's our job. Your job is to find the right families and hand them over cleanly.
