Role Description The Call Center Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to support patients with appointment scheduling, screening inquiries, and service information. Daily responsibilities include responding to questions about NURA’s screening programs, providing clear and empathetic guidance, updating patient records, and coordinating with on-site clinical and administrative teams.

The role involves managing call logs, following standard operating procedures, escalating complex issues to relevant departments,



and supporting basic sales activities such as explaining service packages and encouraging follow-up visits. This is a full-time, in office position based in Kozhikode, requiring consistent presence at the center and collaboration with the local team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service experience.
- Excellent Communication abilities, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Contact Centers, including call handling systems, CRM tools, and standard call center workflows.
- Basic Sales skills, including explaining services, handling objections professionally, and supporting conversion of inquiries to bookings.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, with a patient-centric and professional demeanor.
- Comfort with digital tools and data entry; prior experience in healthcare or diagnostics is a plus.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in managing schedules, and willingness to work in shifts as required.
