Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cake Sales Executive to handle cake sales, customer inquiries, custom cake orders, and order coordination. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, promoting cakes and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cakes and pastries.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
- Provide information about cake flavors, ingredients, and customization options.
- Take and process cake orders accurately, including custom orders.
- Boost the cake counter sales by suggesting variety of delectable cakes to the walk-in customers according to their needs.




- Work closely with other staff and support order captains in peak hours to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in cake sales, bakery sales, café or restaurant is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer service and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of cakes, flavours, sizes, and customization is preferred.
- Ability to understand and accurately record customer requirements.
- Good knowledge of Malayalam and English.
- Must be polite, confident, presentable, and customer-friendly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates residing nearby are preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
