Job Title: Café ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee daily café operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and drive sales performance. The Café Manager will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day café operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise, train, and schedule baristas and service staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, upselling, and daily targets.
- Handle inventory management, stock ordering, and wastage control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards.
- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with central kitchen, vendors, and dispatch teams.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.




- Implement promotions and brand standards at the outlet.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in café, QSR, or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory tools, and MS Excel.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with coffee brewing standards and café operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Sales-oriented mindset with focus on growth and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,868.95 - ₹25,827.60 per month
