Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cafe Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and digital payments
- Issue bills, receipts, and maintain transaction records
- Manage the cash register and ensure it is balanced at the beginning and end of shifts
- Take customer orders efficiently and coordinate with kitchen/barista staff
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
- Follow company policies, hygiene,



and safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 years of experience in a hotel, cafe, or hospitality environment (preferred)
- Freshers with good communication and basic numerical skills can also apply
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Versatile to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
