What You'll Do

- Deliver training in Civil design and software tools such as AutoCAD (Civil CAD), Tekla, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM.

- Handle small batches / 1-1 sessions with focus on practical learning.

- Train students in Structural Design, Architectural Design, and BIM workflows.

- Guide students from fundamentals to real-time projects and placement readiness.

- Design assignments, case studies, and industry-relevant projects.

- Conduct assessments and track student progress.

- Support students in portfolio building, interviews, and job preparation.

- Contribute to lab setup, workshops, and new course implementations.

- Should be ready to work on real-time projects. Prior industry or real-time experience is an added advantage.

Who You Are

- Robust knowledge in Civil design tools: AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, SketchUp, BIM.

- Good understanding of Structural and Architectural concepts.

- Prior training/teaching experience preferred (not mandatory).





- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication can also apply.

- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred ).

- Experience in conducting workshops or corporate training is a strong advantage.

- Self-driven with strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
