Accountant (CA) – 0-3 years experience – cleared CA final examination in max 2

- Experience – a) Central Statutory audits (preferably Banks & NBFCs) of BFSI clients during

Articleship / post CA qualification (or)

b) Working experience at Internal audit / Finance / Compliance / Risk department of Banks/ NBFCs/ other BFSI entities (or)

c) prior experience in advisory & consulting for BFSI clients

Roles & Responsibilities

➢ Execute advisory and consulting engagements for BFSI clients, including Banks and NBFCs

➢ Support CFO advisory assignments, including financial statement preparation is per different GAAPs, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and performance reporting

➢ Assist in strengthening finance functions, including process optimization, cost management, and financial controls

➢ Conduct regulatory compliance reviews in line with RBI and other applicable guidelines ➢ Support co-sourced/internal audit engagements, including planning, execution, and documentation

➢ Analyze financial data, business processes, and policies to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities





➢ Provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls

➢ Prepare client-ready deliverables, including reports, dashboards, presentations, and review documentation

➢ Assist in development and review of policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks

➢ Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss findings, and track implementation of recommendations

➢ Stay updated on BFSI regulations, financial reporting standards, and industry best practices

➢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assignments

Desired Skills

✓ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

✓ Experience working with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude

✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✓ Excellent communication and written skills

✓ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting

✓ Good understanding of Banking/NBFC regulations is preferred

Pay: ₹5,000,002.00 - ₹15,000,000.00 per year
