Job Title: CVML Engineer (Computer Vision & Machine Learning) with Python/C++

Location: Pune

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled CVML Engineer with strong Python/C++ expertise to design, develop, and deploy scalable Computer Vision and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML platforms, cloud technologies, MLOps practices, distributed computing, and Kubernetes-based deployments. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and manage scalable AI/ML workflows and end-to-end MLOps pipelines on cloud platforms.
- Build, optimize, deploy, and monitor machine learning and computer vision models across development, testing, and production environments.
- Develop and maintain robust data processing pipelines and infrastructure to support large-scale AI/ML workloads.
- Implement and manage CI/CD processes for ML model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Leverage distributed computing frameworks and container orchestration platforms to ensure scalable and reliable solutions.
- Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools to automate provisioning, deployment, and management of cloud resources.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and operational issues while ensuring system reliability and quality standards.
- Establish best practices for model governance, monitoring, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Strong proficiency in Python programming with experience in AI/ML and Computer Vision application development.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, model development frameworks, and cloud-based ML services.
- Expertise in MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, and ML lifecycle management.
- Robust experience with Kubernetes, containerization technologies (Docker), and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, data pipelines, and ML workflow orchestration.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Computer Vision frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or YOLO.
- Knowledge of model serving and monitoring tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Azure ML.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark, Ray, or Dask.
- Understanding of DevOps and cloud-native architecture principles.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
