Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Developer with 913 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modern C++, system-level programming, multithreading, and software architecture. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance complex software applications using modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20).
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Develop high-performance, low-latency, and scalable applications.
- Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and system reliability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Implement and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams,



and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Professional software development experience with robust focus on C++.

- Expertise in C++11/14/17 standards and modern programming practices.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.

- Excellent knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Computational Complexity.

- Hands-on experience with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and memory management.

- Strong experience in Linux/Unix development environments.

- Proficiency with STL, Boost libraries, and debugging/profiling tools.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
