Job Title: C++ Architect – Qt/QML (Healthcare Domain)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced C++ Architect with strong expertise in Modern C++, Qt/QML, and Healthcare/Medical Device software development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and modernizing complex healthcare applications while providing technical leadership to engineering teams.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring expertise in software architecture, embedded application development, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance software using Modern C++ and Qt/QML.
- Drive software architecture and design for complex healthcare applications.
- Modernize legacy C++ applications into modular and maintainable architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, System Engineers, and UX teams.
- Mentor developers and conduct architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Develop reusable software components following SOLID principles and industry best practices.
- Analyze and resolve complex software issues related to performance, memory, and multithreading.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation, code quality, and software engineering best practices.

Mandatory Skills
- 7–12 years of experience in C++ Software Development.
- Expert knowledge of Modern C++ (C++11/14/17).
- Strong hands-on experience with Qt Framework (Qt Widgets/QML).
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles.
- Experience with Embedded Linux and/or Windows application development.
- Strong expertise in STL,



Multithreading, Concurrency, Memory Management, and Performance Optimization.
- Experience with Software Architecture and System Design.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD (GitLab preferred), Static Code Analysis, and Unit Testing.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Domain ExperienceHealthcare / Medical Device experience is mandatory. Candidates must have experience working on one or more of the following:

- Medical Devices
- Diagnostic Imaging Systems
- Ultrasound Systems
- Patient Monitoring Systems
- Ventilators
- Surgical Robotics
- Healthcare Software Applications

Profiles without Healthcare/Medical Device experience will not be considered.
