About Grainville

Grainville India Private Limited is a growing rice processing and international trading company serving customers across the Middle East, North America, Europe and other international markets.

We are building a comprehensive technology-enabled enterprise platform for Grainville covering CRM, sales, procurement, production, inventory, quality, export logistics, finance, documentation, approvals, management reporting and business intelligence.

We are looking for a Business Systems & Automation Manager who can work directly with the Founder & Managing Director to help design, build and implement these systems across the organisation.

About the role

This is not a conventional IT support, hardware-management or software-development position.

The selected candidate will act as the bridge between Grainville’s business operations and technology. The person will understand how each department works, convert business requirements into structured system workflows and work closely with internal users, Creatio specialists, developers and implementation partners.

The role combines business analysis, product ownership, CRM and ERP implementation, process automation, data management, AI adoption and user training.

Key responsibilities

- Work directly with the Founder to understand Grainville’s current operations, challenges and future system requirements.
- Map existing and proposed workflows across sales, procurement, production, inventory, quality, logistics, export documentation, finance and management reporting.
- Lead the implementation and continuous development of Grainville’s Creatio CRM and enterprise platform.
- Convert business discussions into detailed business requirement documents, process maps, user stories and system specifications.
- Design modules, workflows, approval hierarchies, alerts, dashboards and management controls.
- Coordinate with software developers, Creatio partners and external technology vendors.
- Review proposed system solutions and ensure they match actual business requirements.
- Define master data, user roles, permissions, document structures and data-validation rules.
- Plan and manage integrations between CRM, ERP, email, websites, accounting systems, document repositories and other applications.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work using AI, APIs, low-code platforms and workflow-automation tools.




- Support AI-enabled document analysis, data extraction, communication drafting, reporting and decision support.
- Prepare test cases, conduct user acceptance testing and maintain bug and enhancement trackers.
- Manage data cleaning, migration and validation during implementation.
- Train employees and ensure proper system adoption across departments.
- Create user manuals, SOPs and process documentation.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide management with accurate, timely and actionable information.
- Continuously review business processes and recommend improvements through technology and automation.
- Ensure appropriate controls for data security, confidentiality, access and backup.

What we are looking for

- 4–8 years of experience in business analysis, ERP or CRM implementation, product operations, digital transformation, process automation or a related role.
- Strong understanding of how business requirements are converted into system workflows.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, low-code or business-process-management platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and software developers.
- Strong process-mapping, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Practical understanding of databases, APIs, integrations and system architecture.
- Experience with user acceptance testing, implementation tracking and employee training.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
- Active and practical use of AI tools in business processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High ownership, attention to detail and willingness to work hands-on.
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site from Sector 65, Gurugram.

Preferred technical exposure Experience in some of the following will be an advantage:

- Creatio CRM or Creatio Studio.
- SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Salesforce or other ERP/CRM platforms.
- SQL and relational databases.
- REST APIs and system integrations.
- Power BI, Power Query or similar reporting tools.




- Python or scripting for business automation.
- Zapier, Make, n8n or similar automation platforms.
- Low-code or no-code application development.
- OCR and intelligent document-processing tools.
- AI agents, knowledge bases and enterprise AI workflows.
- Git, Jira or other development and project-management tools.

Creatio experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with robust ERP, CRM or business-systems implementation experience and the ability to learn Creatio will also be considered. Educational background A BTech, BE, MCA, BCA, technical MBA or similar qualification is preferred. However, demonstrated capability in understanding business processes and implementing technology solutions will be more important than the degree alone.

- Convert management requirements into practical system designs.
- Establish a structured implementation plan for Creatio and the enterprise platform.
- Coordinate developers and implementation partners effectively.
- Deliver functional modules that employees can actually use.
- Reduce manual work, duplication and dependence on spreadsheets.
- Improve data accuracy, visibility, approvals and management control.
- Build practical AI and automation solutions across departments.
- Drive adoption of the system throughout the organisation.

Compensation
