Role Description The Business Partner role at Grey Platforms is an in office position based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves collaborating closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives, identify growth opportunities, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.

The Business

Partner will participate in planning and tracking key projects, coordinate with delivery and consulting teams, and help optimize processes and resource utilization across domains.



Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding business needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong business analysis and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex technology-led solutions and translate them into clear business outcomes.
- Experience in stakeholder management, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration within IT services, consulting, or technology-driven environments.
- Solid understanding of project coordination, planning, and execution, including basic knowledge of digital transformation, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to support recommendations, prepare reports, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to organizing and prioritizing work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; prior experience in consulting, account management, or business partnering is preferred.
- Awareness of one or more relevant domains (such as logistics, fintech, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or public sector) and an interest in working in a quick-paced, innovation-focused environment.
