Role Description The Business Management Intern role is an internship position based in Kochi with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support business planning activities, assist in analyzing market and operational data, and contribute to preparing reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, documenting business processes, and helping track project progress and performance metrics.





The intern will also interact with customers or internal client-facing teams to understand requirements and support customer service initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in business operations within a technology-driven environment. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to assist in strategy development, process improvement, and project support.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, prepare clear documentation, and engage with stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support client interactions, address inquiries, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced startup setting.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Basic understanding of IT or software services, and proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) is beneficial.
