? Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives

Ikaya Capital is looking for a Relationship Executive to work with SME & MSME business owners who have expressed an interest in business funding.

We work with 100+ Banks & NBFCs , helping businesses identify suitable financing options across secured and unsecured business loans.

What you’ll do:

• Connect with interested & qualified business owners

• Understand their funding requirements and financial profile

• Explain suitable loan options professionally

• Follow up with leads and collect required documentation

• Coordinate with our banking/NBFC partners

• Maintain lead status and follow-ups in our CRM

• Support clients from initial discussion through loan processing and disbursement

Who we’re looking for:





• 1–3 years of experience in Business Loans, DSA, NBFC, Fintech or Banking preferred

• Robust communication skills in Hindi & English

• Comfortable speaking with SME/MSME owners and senior decision-makers

• Basic understanding of secured/unsecured loans, CIBIL, GST turnover and financial statements

• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills

• Accountable, organised and target-oriented
