The Business Management Faculty member will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in business and management, developing course materials, mentoring students, conducting assessments, and contributing to academic and institutional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Business Management and related subjects.

- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, and examinations.

- Teach subjects such as Principles of Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Business Communication, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behaviour.

- Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations,



projects, presentations, and other assessments.

- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.

- Maintain accurate attendance, academic, and student performance records.

- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic programs.

- Conduct or support research, publications, conferences, workshops, and seminars.

- Organize industry interactions, guest lectures, internships, and student development activities.
