? Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives Ikaya Capital is looking for a Relationship Executive to work with SME & MSME business owners who have expressed an interest in business funding.

We work with 100+ Banks & NBFCs, helping businesses identify suitable financing options across secured and unsecured business loans. What you’ll do:

- Connect with interested & qualified business owners
- Understand their funding requirements and financial profile
- Explain suitable loan options professionally
- Follow up with leads and collect required documentation
- Coordinate with our banking/NBFC partners
- Maintain lead status and follow-ups in our CRM
- Support clients from initial discussion through loan processing and disbursement Who we’re looking for:




- 1–3 years of experience in Business Loans, DSA, NBFC, Fintech or Banking preferred
- Solid communication skills in Hindi & English
- Comfortable speaking with SME/MSME owners and senior decision-makers
- Basic understanding of secured/unsecured loans, CIBIL, GST turnover and financial statements
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
