Role Summary

Creddinv is seeking a data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience to transform raw data into actionable insights across our core teams. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Founders, the Investment Team, and the Marketing Team to track key performance metrics, map investor behavior, and uncover opportunities that maximize ROI.

You will be the analytical backbone of Creddinv a building automated dashboards, delivering ad-hoc deep dives, and surfacing high-value market and investor insights that directly influence business strategy and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy

- Founders & Leadership: Deliver executive-level dashboards, strategic intelligence reports, and performance updates to inform high-level business decisions and growth strategy.
- Investment Team: Analyze investor profiles, investment trends, risk metrics, user interactions to identify target investor segments and drive higher deal closures.
- Product Management: Track user journeys, feature adoption, funnel conversion rates, and retention to help refine product roadmaps and optimize customer experience.
- Marketing Team: Measure campaign performance, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead-to-investor conversion funnels to maximize marketing ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

- Dashboard Ownership: Design, build, and maintain interactive, real-time BI dashboards e.g., Power BI, Tableau tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Investor Insights: Segment investor profiles, track lifetime value (LTV), analyze reinvestment patterns,



and identify churn drivers to boost overall retention and engagement.
- Data Integrity & Operations: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across disparate data sources and internal reporting systems.
- Ad-hoc Analytics: Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analyses to answer critical business questions and identify unexplored revenue or optimization opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Experience

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytics role (experience in Fintech, Wealthtech, or Investment platforms is a robust plus).

Technical Skills

- SQL: Advanced proficiency in writing complex queries, joins, window functions, and data aggregation.
- BI & Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience creating production-grade dashboards in Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Data Analysis & Scripting: Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is preferred.
- Data Pipelines & Warehousing: Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt) and understanding of relational databases.
