Business Head – Home Healthcare

Location: Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for an experienced Business Head – Home Healthcare to lead and scale our home healthcare business, with end-to-end ownership of revenue, operations, service quality, partnerships, workforce, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Own business strategy, revenue growth, P&L;, and overall performance.
- Lead home healthcare operations including patient onboarding, care delivery, nurse/caregiver deployment, and service quality.
- Build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, discharge teams, clinics, rehabilitation centres, and other referral networks.
- Develop and expand services across elderly care, post-operative care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, caregiver services, and long-term care.
- Build and manage a strong network of nurses, caregivers, supervisors, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure high standards of clinical governance, patient safety, compliance, and customer experience.
- Establish SOPs, operational processes, performance metrics,



and quality-control systems.
- Identify new markets and drive expansion across Kerala and beyond.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the home healthcare team.

Candidate Profile

- 8–15 years of experience in healthcare, with leadership exposure in home healthcare, hospitals, elder care, rehabilitation, nursing services, or related sectors.
- Strong experience in business growth, operations, team management, and P&L; ownership.
- Valuable understanding of healthcare service delivery and patient-care operations.
- Proven ability to build hospital and healthcare partnerships.
- Strong leadership, commercial thinking, and execution skills.
- Knowledge of the Kerala healthcare market is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
