Role Summary-Business Head

Solar Division will be responsible for end-to-end P&L; ownership, including revenue growth,

EBITDA profitability, strategic partnerships, and team leadership.This is a senior leadership role focused on building and scaling the solar vertical with a clear mandate to achieve EBITDA-positive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Full P&L; ownership of the Solar Division with accountability for EBITDA-positive performance

- Drive revenue generation, margin optimization, and scalable business growth
- Define and execute go-to-market and expansion strategies
- Lead strategic collaborations, partnerships, and joint ventures (JVs)
- Build, lead, and manage sales, business development, and cross-functional teams
- Set KPIs, revenue targets, and performance metrics across teams
- Represent the Solar Division with key clients, partners, and internal leadership

Requirements

Candidate Profile





- 5–10 years of experience in the solar / renewable energy industry
- Prior experience in a business leadership or P&L-driven; role
- Proven track record in revenue growth and EBITDA management
- Strong exposure to B2B sales, EPC, channel partnerships, or project-based solar business
- Experience in strategic alliances, collaborations, or JV models
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
