We're Hiring: Finance Business Manager | Bengaluru

Location: Bengaluru (On-Site)

Experience: 1-3 Years (Post CA Qualification)

At Unacademy, we're looking for a Finance Business Manager to partner with business leaders and drive strategic financial decision-making. If you're a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience and are looking to move beyond traditional finance into a high-impact business partnering role, we'd love to hear from you.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business teams to provide actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis while tracking business performance.
- Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis for investments, business cases, and ROI.
- Develop and monitor business KPIs to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, business reviews, and management dashboards.




- Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve financial processes.

Who We're Looking For

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, Commercial Finance, or related functions.
- Robust financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of ERP systems or BI tools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
