Job Title: Business Development Executive – Statutory Compliance

Location: Porur, Chennai

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: ₹50,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a robust understanding of Statutory Compliance services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, and promoting statutory compliance solutions such as PF, ESI, Labour Law Compliance, Factory Act Compliance, Payroll Compliance, CLRA, POSH, and HR Compliance services. The consultancy provides HR, recruitment, outsourced HR management, organizational development, and statutory compliance services to businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and client visits.
- Identify potential clients in Manufacturing, IT, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, and MSME sectors.
- Promote Statutory Compliance, Payroll, Labour Law, and HR Outsourcing services.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations,



and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the Statutory Compliance team for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience.
- Experience selling Statutory Compliance, Labour Law Compliance, Payroll, HR Consulting, or HR Services.
- Knowledge of:
- PF & ESI
- Labour Laws
- Factory Act
- Shops & Establishments Act
- Payroll Compliance
- Contract Labour Compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
