Role Summary A growing FMCG company is seeking an experienced Business Development Team Lead to manage the sales team while actively participating in business development activities and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and mentor the business development team.
- Monitor sales activities, conversions, and team performance.
- Generate B2B leads through various channels.
- Handle customer negotiations and close business deals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.




- Maintain accurate reports and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and expand business opportunities.

Requirements

- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development and B2B sales.
- At least one year of experience in team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to achieve individual as well as team targets.
