Role Description The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting client acquisition efforts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams to align business development activities with marketing and branding strategies.

The role involves engaging with prospective clients via calls, emails, meetings, and presentations, as well as providing timely follow-up and basic customer service to ensure a positive pre-sales experience. This is a full-time,



on-site role located in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with the sales, marketing, and branding teams.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and business data.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in lead generation, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients.
- Experience in market research, with the ability to gather and synthesize competitive and industry insights.
- Customer service skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and support a positive client experience.
- Background in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in professional services or branding.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a fast-paced setting.
