Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Business Development

Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and follow-up with prospective customers. The role involves managing inbound and outbound leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting TestMu AI’s value proposition, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. The individual will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging,



refine lead-generation strategies, and achieve revenue and activity targets. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing basic sales reports, and representing the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify and qualify prospective customers effectively.
- Demonstrated Sales and Business Development experience, including managing pipelines and working toward defined targets.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Comfort working with CRM and sales enablement tools, and using data to prioritize outreach and measure performance.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt to a fast-paced setting, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest or experience in SaaS, DevOps, software testing, or AI-driven technology solutions is a strong advantage.
