Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry Outreach & Business Development

Connect with HR Heads, CEOs, Directors, Business Owners, Plant Heads, and Senior Management Professionals.

Introduce the Skilling India Staff Retention Program.

Identify workforce challenges and business opportunities.

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.

Build long-term corporate relationships.

Lead Generation

Generate qualified leads from your network.

Identify companies with employee retention, hiring, and workforce development requirements.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Client Engagement

Coordinate discussions between prospective employers and the Skilling India team.

Support proposal presentations and business discussions.

Assist in onboarding recent employer partners.

Market Expansion

Promote the program across industry associations, HR communities, business forums, LinkedIn networks, and professional groups.

Help expand the reach of the Skilling India Workforce Development Ecosystem.
