About the Role
VGeotech Experts Pvt. Ltd., a NABL-accredited (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) national leader in geotechnical and infrastructure consulting , is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our presence in government and private infrastructure projects .
You’ll identify new business opportunities, manage tenders, and build robust client relationships in sectors like Renewable Energy, Roads, Bridges, Dams, and Industrial Infrastructure .
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & pursue new business leads and tenders.
- Manage EOI/RFQ/RFP submissions and client coordination.
- Build & maintain client and consultant relationships.
- Support proposal preparation and bid finalization.
- Represent the company in meetings and project discussions.
Qualifications & Skills ? B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Business) | MBA preferred
? 5–10 years in BD / Tendering / Infrastructure Projects
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & networking skills
✅ Experience with GeM, CPPP & eProcurement portals
