Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Bharuch.

The Business Development

Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities in construction, RMC, piling, and logistics, and building a strong pipeline of industrial clients. Day-to-day activities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company objectives. The role involves coordinating with project, operations, and finance teams to ensure proposals are feasible, competitive, and aligned with delivery capabilities.

The Business Development

Manager will also track sales performance,



maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tools, and represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and site visits.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills in infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
- Ability to conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for revenue growth.
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals with corporate and industrial clients.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time management abilities, including pipeline management and use of CRM or similar tools.
- Understanding of industrial infrastructure services such as construction, RMC, piling, and logistics is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in business development or sales in real estate, infrastructure, or industrial services, preferably in the Dahej–Bharuch region.
