Job Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients for Security Guard and Housekeeping Facility Management Services.

- Generate business opportunities from corporate offices, residential societies, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, warehouses, industries, institutions, etc.

- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and service proposals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

- Conduct market research to identify current opportunities, competitors, and market trends.

- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth client onboarding and service commencement.

Candidate Requirements

- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, Security Services, Housekeeping Services, Manpower Outsourcing, or a related industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

- Good knowledge of the local market and preferably an established client network.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
