Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across web design, UI/UX, mobile apps, and software development services, with a focus on AI-enabled and digital transformation solutions.

The Business Development

Manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead nurturing, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations. Daily activities include building and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with delivery and product teams to shape solutions, and aligning offerings with client needs across key sectors such as startups, MSMEs,



and enterprise customers. The role also involves tracking pipeline metrics, preparing sales reports, representing the company at events or meetings, and contributing to go-to-market strategies and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- 0 to 2 years of experiences in same industry and same services
- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Client relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of web design, UI/UX, mobile app development, and software development services, including basic understanding of digital product lifecycles.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and AI-driven solutions (generative AI, automation) as they relate to product and service offerings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess markets, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to go-to-market plans.
- Ability to work in office in the Greater Bengaluru Area, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital agency environments is preferred.
