Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for cosmetic and personal care products.
- Generate leads through online platforms, exhibitions, referrals, and networking.
- Promote the Company's Private Label, OEM, and Third-Party Manufacturing services.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their product requirements, and prepare customized business proposals.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the R&D;, Production, Purchase, QA, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.




- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial agreements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries, samples, product approvals, and order confirmations.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and business development reports.
- Represent the Company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports for Management.
