Roles and Responsibilities.

- Recruit quality Distribution Managers who have the potential to build and lead successful teams.

- Train, coach, and mentor Distribution Managers on insurance products, sales processes, recruitment strategies, and leadership skills.

- Guide Distribution Managers to recruit quality Insurance Advisors with the right attitude, communication skills, and growth mindset.

- Provide continuous field support through joint calls, coaching sessions, and business reviews.

- Help Distribution Managers activate, develop, and retain their advisors for consistent business growth.

- Ensure achievement of recruitment, activation, and business targets through effective team management.





- Build a high-performing agency force that delivers excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

- Insurance sales: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification
