We are hiring a senior BDM with experience in packaging machinery or relevant industrial machinery to drive business growth and expand market presence across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire current clients and grow existing accounts
- Manage dealer and channel partner network
- Handle complete sales cycle lead to closure
- Track market trends and competition
- Forecast revenue and manage pipeline
- Travel across territories and attend industry events
Must Have: 815 years in B2B sales / business development
Experience in any one of below:
- Packaging Machinery Primary / Secondary / End of Line
- Filling / Sealing / Carton / VFFS Machines
- Industrial Automation/ Process Equipment Strong dealer and channel management experience
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Willingness to travel
Good to Have: Pharma or food packaging experience
CE / GMP / ISO knowledge
SAP or CRM tools experience
Qualification:
B.E. / MBA — Mechanical / Sales / Marketing
