We are expanding our business development team and are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to help us generate premium construction opportunities and build long-term business relationships across Kerala.

The Opportunity

This is a performance-based business development opportunity designed for ambitious professionals who enjoy networking, relationship building, and closing high-value opportunities.

During the initial 90-day evaluation period, compensation will be commission-based with unlimited earning potential. High-performing candidates who align with our long-term vision will be offered a permanent position with fixed salary, commission, and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads for premium villas, commercial buildings, renovations, hospitality, institutional, and turnkey construction projects.
- Build solid relationships with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, real estate professionals, developers, banks, consultants, and corporate decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities among HNIs, NRIs, commercial clients, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and business owners.
- Conduct client meetings and professionally represent Global Contracts Pvt. Ltd.
- Arrange project discussions and site visits.




- Coordinate with our technical team during proposal and quotation preparation.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and regular follow-ups.
- Convert qualified opportunities into signed construction contracts.
