- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.

- Understand client goalsand identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.

- Drive account growth and maximize revenue from existing customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and business discussions.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for additional services.

- Track account performance, renewals, and client satisfaction.

- Resolve client concernsproactively and ensure a great customer experience.

- Meet monthly revenue and account growth targets.

nWhat We're LookingFor

- 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, Business Development, or Account Management.
N
- Proven experience in upselling, cross-selling, and growing client accounts.
N
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
N
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend relevant solutions.
N
- Strong coordination andstakeholder management skills.
N
- Experience working in amarketing, advertising, digital agency, B2B sales company is a plus.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about client success.
