We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities Promote and market the products and services of Hi Ideals Technologies. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital channels. Meet potential clients, educational institutions, businesses, and organizations to present company offerings.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Prepare proposals,



quotations, and presentations for prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery. Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and business events.

Qualifications MBA (Marketing), B.Com, BBM, BBA, or any Graduate degree. Freshers with solid marketing passion are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.
