DIGITALOPS is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a solid understanding of digital marketing and proven experience in acquiring clients for digital marketing agencies.

Candidates currently working with, or having recent experience in, a digital marketing agency in Hyderabad are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate should understand how digital marketing agencies operate, have experience selling digital marketing services, and be confident in identifying, approaching, pitching and converting new clients.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

- Identify and acquire new clients for DIGITALOPS through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, industry connections and other business development channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, founders, marketing heads and other key decision-makers.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, including SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing and AI-driven marketing solutions.
- Generate and develop warm and cold leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Leverage your understanding of the digital marketing industry and existing skilled network to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations and service discussions.
- Prepare compelling business proposals and commercial quotations.
- Present proposals to prospective clients, handle negotiations and close sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through conversion and client onboarding.
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional services and account growth.
- Work closely with the DIGITALOPS team to ensure that proposed solutions align with client requirements and can be effectively delivered.




- Represent DIGITALOPS professionally at business meetings, networking events and industry events when required.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a digital marketing, advertising, web development or IT services agency.
- Candidates currently working with or recently employed by a digital marketing agency in Hyderabad are strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in selling digital marketing services and acquiring new clients.
- Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads/PPC, social media marketing, websites and other digital marketing services.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with business owners, entrepreneurs and senior decision-makers.
- Ability to independently identify prospects, initiate conversations and develop business opportunities.
- Existing professional relationships or a strong business network in Hyderabad will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced digital marketing sales professional with a proven track record of acquiring clients and selling digital marketing services. This is not an entry-level sales role, and candidates without prior digital marketing industry experience will not be considered.

The ideal candidate should already understand the agency business, know how to sell digital marketing services, be comfortable speaking with prospective clients and have a demonstrated ability to generate and close new business.

Experience in bringing new clients to a digital marketing agency will be given significant preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
