About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the Architectural & Interior Design industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the Architectural & Interior Design industry.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate business deals.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (preferably in the Architectural, Interior, or Construction industry).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.

Languages

- English – Fluent
- Hindi – Fluent

Training

- Selected candidates will undergo 2 months of training in Chennai before taking on full responsibilities.
