Warrgyiz Morsch Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in ERP, CRM, and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to generate qualified leads, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth through consultative sales. Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ERP, CRM, and SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, client presentations, and business meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software and prepare regular sales reports.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Software Sales.
- Hands-on experience selling ERP, CRM, or SaaS-based solutions is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the software sales lifecycle and consultative selling approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
