Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert new business leads, with a focus on acquiring clients for printing services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

- Willingness to travel within and outside Ranchi as needed for client meetings and business development

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery

- Represent the company professionally in all external interactions

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA

- 0–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (freshers encouraged to apply)

- Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with local and outstation travel

- Valuable communication skills, patience, and a client-first attitude

- Trustworthy, dependable, and eager to learn

- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts preferred
