About Jital Solution

Jital Solution is a climate-tech startup converting organic waste into high-protein animal feed, BSF oil, and organic fertilizer using Black Soldier Fly Larvae technology. We work with FPOs, feed mills, municipalities, hotels, and mandis to build a circular economy.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand Jital’s market presence in animal feed, waste sourcing, and fertilizer segments. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, field-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for BSFL feed, BSFL oil, and frass fertilizer.

· Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers, including feed mills, poultry farms, aquaculture farms, dairy cooperatives, FPOs, and institutional buyers.

· Develop pricing strategies, prepare commercial proposals, and negotiate commercial contracts.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence for the company's products.

· Build and maintain partnerships with waste generators such as hotels, mandis, municipalities, and food processing units for raw material sourcing.

· Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors and dealers for fertilizer and feed products.

· Explore government schemes, CSR initiatives, and subsidy opportunities related to waste management and organic farming.





· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and long-term retention.

· Conduct product demonstrations, farm visits, and technical presentations to promote products and provide technical support.

· Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and share market insights with internal teams.

· Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

· Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities and business risks.

· Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Marketing teams to ensure timely execution of sales and business development activities.

· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.

Must- Have Requirement

· Experience: 5-10 years in B2B sales in Feed, Fertilizer, FMCG, or Waste Management, Food, Aqua Feed, Fish Feed, Shrimp Feed, Pet Food, Animal Nutrition, Agri Commodities, or related industries is preferred.

· Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Animal Feed, Poultry, Aqua, or Agri-inputs is a strong plus

· Skills: Robust negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

· Willingness to travel extensively across MP and nearby states

· Comfortable with field visits to farms/mandis

Good to Have

· Existing network with feed mills, FPOs, or agri dealers in Central India

· Knowledge of Hindi + English

What We Offer

· Salary: ₹8,40,000 – ₹1,200,000 CTC per annum
