About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience in software/mobile application sales.

The candidate should have experience selling Student Management Software to Schools, Colleges & Educational Institutions and/or Mobile Applications to the Grooming, Salon & Beauty Industry.

The role involves lead generation, client visits, product demonstrations, relationship building, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

Education Sector

- Identify and approach Schools, Colleges & Educational Institutions.
- Sell and promote Student Management Software / Education Management Solutions.
- Meet Principals, Correspondents, Management, Administrators, and decision-makers.
- Conduct software demonstrations and explain features and business benefits.
- Generate leads and convert institutions into customers.

Grooming & Beauty Sector
- Identify and approach Salons, Beauty Parlours, Spas, Grooming Centres, Beauty Academies, and other beauty businesses.
- Promote and sell Mobile Applications and Digital Solutions designed for the grooming and beauty industry.
- Meet salon owners, managers, and business decision-makers.
- Demonstrate the mobile application and explain its features, benefits, and value to the business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon and beauty business owners.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.





Target-Based Responsibilities This is a strictly target-oriented sales position. The candidate will be responsible for:

- Achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generating recent leads consistently.
- Conducting client visits and product demonstrations.
- Converting qualified leads into customers.
- Achieving assigned revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and providing regular sales reports.
- Following up with prospects until successful closure.

Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, client meetings, product demos, conversions, and revenue achieved.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant Business Development / Sales experience.
- Experience in software, SaaS, mobile application, ERP, or technology solution sales preferred.
- Experience selling to Schools, Colleges & Educational Institutions is highly preferred.
- Experience in Salon, Beauty, Grooming, Spa, or Wellness industry sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Candidates with an existing network among educational institutions, salon owners, beauty professionals, and grooming businesses will have an advantage.

Preferred Districts / Territory Chennai | Thiruvallur | Cuddalore | Tiruvannamalai | Villupuram | Kanchipuram

Candidates residing in or having strong business connections within these districts are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
