Job Summary

- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with 15+ years of experience in the construction industry to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and secure new construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the construction and real-estate sector and proven experience in generating and converting business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 15+ years of relevant experience in Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate Business Development.

- Strong existing network among developers, corporate clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.

- Proven track record of securing construction projects and achieving business targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

- Strong understanding of construction contracts, tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.

- Ability to independently identify opportunities and convert leads into projects.





- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Profile

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience handling high-value construction projects will be an advantage.

- Candidates with established industry contacts and a strong project acquisition track record are preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
