About the Role

Instasource is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to generate new business, develop key accounts and close high-value B2B projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calling, LinkedIn, references and market research.
- Meet clients and develop relationships with Procurement, Purchase, IT, Project, Facility and Management teams.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate requirements.
- Sell Commercial Displays, Active LED, Video Walls, AV Solutions, Digital Signage, Laptops, Tablets, Mobiles, AC & Smart Infrastructure Solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate and close orders.
- Develop relationships with Real Estate, Hospitality, EPC, Corporate, IT, Government and System Integrator clients.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in AV / IT / Commercial Display / HVAC / Smart Infrastructure preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
