Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – US IT Staffing

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours 07:00 PM To 04:00 AM)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Cab Facility (only for Female Within Hiring Zone )

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Acquire and manage direct clients for US IT staffing services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports.

Mandatory Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US business hours) .
- Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue targets.
- Ability to work from the Gurgaon office.
