- Support financialplanning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L; analysis at business-unit and company levels

- Conduct variance analysis, prepare management dashboards, and track key financial KPIs
N
- Assist in business caseevaluation for recent projects, investments, or R&D; initiatives

- R&D; and Innovation Support

- Partner with R&D; teams to evaluate the financial and strategic viability of research programs and product development

- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support funding models for innovation projects

- Business Presentations &

• Meetings

- Prepare executive-levelpresentations, pitch decks, board reports, and investor summaries
N
- Participate in businessmeetings, take minutes, follow up on key action points, and contribute intellectually to discussions

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection, insights, and alignment

- Operations &

• Task Pool Management

- Handle a broad pool of strategic and operational activities across departments (finance, strategy, business development, R&D;)

- Track progress, create project timelines, and ensure timely execution of cross-functional deliverables

- Engage in strategic brainstorming, market research, and policy discussions with leadership

- Provide insights through competitor benchmarking, industry trend analysis,



and business model evaluations

- Liaise with external consultants, business partners, and internal teams for planning, reporting, and compliance support

- Ensure alignment of finance and strategy teams with operational departments

- Strong command over financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

- Excellent presentation skills (PPT) and ability to present to CXOs and boards
N
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work cross-functionally
N
- Agile, proactive, and capable of handling multiple work streams independently
