Role Overview:-

We are building a next-generation AI research and technology company focused on developing foundational AI systems.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and global market development. You will work closely with leadership, research, and engineering teams to build the business ecosystem around advanced AI products and research initiatives. You will contribute to shaping industry partnerships, market positioning, enterprise adoption, and strategic growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:-

(i) Lead Generation & AI Ecosystem Development

- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across enterprises, AI startups, investors, venture capital firms, research institutions, universities, government bodies, and technology communities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, strategic partners, research collaborators, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain prospect databases aligned with BluBridge's strategic objectives.

(ii) Brand & Thought Leadership

- Develop global brand presence through research publications, podcasts, industry forums, and media outreach.
- Position the organization within AI research, industry, and technology policy discussions.

(iii) Market Development

- Identify and develop enterprise opportunities for AI solutions and research collaborations.
- Execute strategic outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other skilled channels to generate qualified opportunities.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support enterprise engagement and deal conversion.

(iv) Strategic Engagement

- Represent the organization at AI conferences, exhibitions, research forums,



and technology summits.
- Support investor engagement, partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives.

(v) Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with engineering and research teams to translate technical capabilities into enterprise solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technology teams and external stakeholders.
